Ronnie Scott Big Band...
In 1955 Ronnie Scott formed a big band but it survived for barely a year. Ronnie found it incredibly stressful to organise the band and keep it on the road and he was required to play for dancing. He later described the period as the worst of his musical life.
The band recorded four tracks for Esquire Records.
