Many other bands providing entertainment at club level operated throughout the 1950s. The majority of them were unrecorded and in many cases they had a very short existence. The popular groups and clubs are covered elsewhere on this website but little is now remembered about bands such as the following: Cab Kaye and his Cabinettes, The Jazz At The Flamingo Unit, Dizzy Reece's Headliners, Leon Roy Big Band, Joe Muddel Quintet/Sextet, Phil Seamen Quintet, Tommy Whittle - Harry Klein Quintet, Tony Crombie Quintet and Keith Christie All-Stars, All-Coloured Harlem Rhythm Stars.
